For me, sewing has always been about much more than fabric, thread and a sewing machine. It's about creating something with my own hands, learning something new, solving a problem, and discovering that I can do more than I sometimes thought I could.

That's the heart of Mending Moments.

I love sewing, alterations, quilting, upcycling and finding creative ways to give clothing and fabric a new life. Whether I'm taking in a dress, repairing a treasured quilt, transforming a jacket, or sitting down to try something I've never made before, I believe there is something special that happens when we create.
